Found the same item for less at another Canadian retailer? Let us know and we will match the price. Here is how it works.

What we match

We match the current advertised price of an identical item sold by an authorized Canadian retailer, in Canadian dollars, either in a physical store in Canada or on a website that ships to Canada.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • The same brand, model or SKU, size, colour and pack quantity (for example, a set of 4 is matched against a set of 4, not 4 single glasses)
  • New and in stock at the competitor at the time of your request
  • Available for anyone to buy at that price, with no membership, code or account required

We compare the item price plus the competitor's shipping cost to your address, before taxes.

How to request a price match

Before you order: email sales@ikido.ca or use the chat on our site with a link to the competitor's listing (or a photo of the in-store price tag or flyer). Once we confirm it, we will send you a link to order at the matched price.

After you order: if you find a lower qualifying price within 7 days of placing your order, send us your order number and the competitor's listing. If it qualifies, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

We confirm every request against the competitor's live listing before applying a match.

What is not included

  • Third-party marketplace sellers (for example Amazon Marketplace sellers, eBay, Etsy, Kijiji and Facebook Marketplace)
  • Retailers outside Canada, or prices shown in a currency other than CAD
  • Clearance, liquidation, open-box, refurbished, damaged or final-sale items
  • Limited-quantity, doorcrasher or time-limited flash offers
  • Membership or warehouse club pricing
  • Prices that depend on coupons, promo codes, loyalty points, rebates, gift-with-purchase or bundle deals
  • Advertised prices that contain an obvious error
  • Wholesale, trade and bulk orders, which are quoted separately (see Wholesale & Trade)

The fine print

  • Price matches apply to household quantities. We may limit the quantity sold at a matched price.
  • This is a match against other retailers only. It does not cover price changes on ikido.ca, including our own sales or promotions.
  • A matched price cannot be combined with other IKIDO discounts or promo codes.
  • We reserve the right to decline a request that does not meet these terms, and to update this policy at any time. The version posted on this page applies to your request.
